Vrbo Fiesta Bowl

During my time working with the Fiesta Bowl, I was responsible for the full planning and execution of the Fan Fest pregame party in the stadium concourse, which served approximately 55,000 fans. My duties included coordinating site planning, managing vendor relationships, overseeing the setup and flow of the event, and ensuring all logistical elements were seamlessly executed. I worked closely with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of food, merchandise, and entertainment offerings.

In addition to the pregame responsibilities, I also handled in-game duties, including post-game merchandise sales and managing the crowd experience. This involved ensuring merchandise booths were well-stocked and operating efficiently, as well as troubleshooting any issues that arose during the event. My role required strong organizational skills, effective communication with multiple stakeholders, and the ability to adapt to dynamic event environments.
